The world’s northernmost gluten-free oat mill moving forward at a good pace

This summer the oat mill project has come to a point that the construction work has been completed and the assembly of the mill has been started as planned.

A big step has been taken with our oat mill project and the new 7-floor oat mill building stands grandly in the landscape of Utajärvi town. The construction work has been completed in the end of this summer and the assembly phase is now in a full pace. During the summer, another construction work has been started on the same plot of land though. Vapo, a Finnish bioenergy company, has started building a new heating plant which will utilize the excess oat hulls as a source of energy in the future.
